Dried chili 1 pc Deseeded and cut into small pieces
Soft tofu 400 g
Water 1500 g
Oil 40 g
Ground chicken  150 g
Chili bean sauce (Toban Djan) 1.5 tbsp
Chili black bean sauce 1 tsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Ginger 1/2 inch
Spring onions 2 stalks Finely chopped, white and green part separated
Sugar 1 tsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Salt To taste
