Onions 2 pcs Quartered
Shallots 4 pcs Halved
Red chillies 2 pcs Halved
Garlic 5 cloves
Ginger 1 inch
Galangal 1 inch
Candlenuts 2 pcs
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Oil 70 g
Ground black pepper 1 tsp
Tomato puree 2 tsp
Salt To taste
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 250 g
Potatoes 2 pcs Medium-sized, cut into large cubes
Coriander 1 stalk Finely chopped
